Foster Land Modifications was founded in 2019 when Casey Foster returned home to Arthur City after years of working in the oil fields. But the business really started decades earlier, when Casey first learned to run heavy equipment as a young man.
Casey Foster has been operating heavy equipment and managing land projects since he was 19. That experience means we know how to handle challenges before they become problems.
We operate dozers, track hoes, skid steers, loaders, and all necessary support equipment. For larger projects, we can bring in 12–13 additional dozers through our network.
We provide free estimates for all projects, whether you're in Arthur City or beyond our primary service area, so you can make informed decisions about your land.
Texas weather won’t stop us. If rain halts one job, we often continue work elsewhere, and we respond quickly during emergencies.
We own dozers, track hoes, skid steers, a front-end loader, and a Skytrak that we sometimes rent out for other projects. Our equipment is well-maintained and ready to work. When a project requires additional resources, we have relationships with other operators and can bring in up to a dozen additional dozers if needed. That flexibility means we can scale to handle larger jobs without compromising quality or timeline.
We also work with Oncor and other utility companies during emergencies. When ice storms or tornadoes hit, we stage equipment in locations like Sherman, Sulphur Springs, and Paris, ready to respond within hours. We’ve cleared ice-covered roads, moved downed trees, and helped restore access for utility crews and residents who couldn’t get out of their properties.
Based in Arthur City, Texas, we serve landowners and businesses throughout the region.
Whether you need a house pad built, a pond dug, or a road constructed, we’re here to help. Casey Foster personally reviews every project and provides straightforward estimates based on 35 years of experience.
